RENO believes that mutual aid is essential to the welfare of each of us, so the company actively participates with organizations raising funds to support the health of the population, including children, women and men. RENO also supports culture in its many forms.

THE RENO GENERAL MANAGER IS INVOLVED IN MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS!

Patricia Gagnon has joined Crazy Bees team and have participated to the Total Bouette race, MS in Estrie, on August.8th 2015. The event was created to contribute to the fundraising of the Canadian Society of Multiple Sclerosis, the only national voluntary organization that supports MS research and provides services to people living with this disease, their family and caregivers.

TRIATHLON D’HIVER

We are proud to have participated in the 10th anniversary of the Winter Triathlon 2016 to benefit the Foundation Sainte Justine.In total, over $ 620,000 was raised for the fundraising surrounding the event and all the profits will go to the “Centre d’excellence en soins intensifs du nouveau-né du Centre Hospitalier Sainte-Justine”.

MOVEMBER

RENO wants to change the face of men’s health and help men diagnosed with prostate cancer. That’s why we got involved in November 2014, by raising donations for Movember. With the purchase of selected furniture, RENO paid $50 to $200 to the foundation.

LES GRANDS BALLETS CANADIENS

When Les Grands Ballets Canadiens held their annual fundraising gala, RENO offered a certificate for a sofa with a value of $6,150 which was presented during the evening.

DR JULIEN FOUNDATION

From April 30 to May 14, 2015, the contemporary painter Pierre Bellemare held an exhibition in our event space, LE 2673. Mr Bellemare and RENO contributed 20% of the sales to the Dr Julien Foundation, which aims to encourage each child to develop his full potential and ensure the development of a social pediatric community, for the welfare of as many children as possible.

CURE FOUNDATION FOR BREAST CANCER

On May 12, 2015, RENO attended the National Denim Day. Members of our staff were encouraged to wear denim and donate $5 to help raise funds for the CURE Foundation for breast cancer. Since its inception, the foundation has raised over $26 million through the National Denim Day.
